Double room to let

Hi,

I have a lovely 2 bedroom house in Bicester and would like to rent out my spare room which is available beginning February 2026. I am the house owner and will also be living in the property. I work from home 3 days per week and 2 days in the office. There is a shared bathroom and downstairs WC and a lovely good size kitchen/dining area. I also have a lovely garden with a patio with a table and chairs. The area is easily accessible to Oxford via the train or bus with lots of amenities around the area.
