My name is Eleanor and I have a lovely double room overlooking the garden in an Edwardian terrace located conveniently within the centre of Bicester, less than a 5 minute walk from Bicester Village Train Station (& 10 minute walk from the Bicester Village shopping itself).

The property is located in a quiet residential street with on-street permit holder parking within 5 minutes' walk of the town centre. The M40 and A34 are easily accessible.

I bought the house almost 2 years ago and decorated throughout. The room has been neutrally decorated and will be let fully furnished including a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Now looking for a fellow professional to rent my spare room - starting on a short term basis with scope for long term if it’s a good fit for both of us. The room rental includes the shared use of kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and garden. Rent includes bills, broadband and council tax (band C). A cleaner comes fortnightly.

Not suitable for someone that needs to work from home.

I work 5 days a week at an office in Oxford. Looking for a fellow professional who's clean, tidy, considerate and friendly to rent my spare room.
