About the space:
The room is a large en-suite furnished with king size bed and Emma mattress to rent for single occupancy (sorry, no couples).

The property is a 6 year old detached house with all modern amenities including fibre internet, Netflix, kitchen appliances, washing machine, tumble drier etc. The living and dining area is open plan and includes a breakfast bar and large dining table, with bifold doors opening out to the garden. You will have access to the shared areas as well as your room. Occasional respectful overnight guests are fine.

We are in a private gated development set back from the main road. Parking is available on our drive for one car, and we also have a garage for storage of a bicycle if needed. We have an EV charger installed which can be used at cost price.

It’s a peaceful village around 5 minutes from Bicester, and the village has a bus stop, post office and small shop within a 5 minute walk from the house.

Rent is £825 per month including all bills paid upfront. A £500 deposit is required to secure the room, refundable upon departure subject to any deductions for damages.

About us:
We are a friendly professional couple in our mid 30s, working Mon-Fri jobs and spending our spare time travelling and socialising with friends. We have lived here for 4 years and our current lodger has been with us for 3 of them, so we are used to having a grown-up house share vibe. We also have a very friendly cat Millie, who loves attention but sleeps downstairs at night.

Ideal housemate:
Friendly, clean and respectful professional, recent graduate or mature student with similar working pattern. Someone looking to rent on a medium term basis, and you may even be new to the area. Shared hobbies and interests preferable but not essential. If this sounds like you please get in touch!
