Looking for someone to take over half a Joint Tenancy - must pass referencing with landlord.

2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Good size garden and very close to local shops. Parking available for 2 cars.

Second bedroom is currently fully furnished with a sofa bed but anything can be removed based on new tenants wants..

Unfortunately unable to consider any additional pets. Minimum term is 12 months with fixed rent in this period
Bills are included but may be negotiable. Council tax is band B

I am super chill and introverted (but sociable!) with a 3 year old Sausage dog who loves to snuggle anyone who steps foot in the house.
