Single room ideal for a young female student

Hi, my son currently studying in university and I live alone in a quiet, residential area in a nice house in a cul-de-sac. Bicester Village is 10 minutes walk and the train station is 5 minutes. The Chiltern train runs between Oxford City and London. High street is 10 minutes walk away where all the buses stop towards Oxford & Cambridge via Milton Keynes. I predominantly work from home. The person who comes to live must be a dog lover as I have a very sweet medium size dog who is blind in one eye. He is part of the family. The room is fully furnished and I am ideally looking for a female student. But proffessionals are welcome to inquire too.
