Single room to rent in lovely, cosy house

My name is Oana (pronounced "wanna" haha). I am a 45 year old Romanian professional who is looking for a housemate to join me from 1st of September in a lovely, cosy house in Victoria court area.

HOUSE:
The house itself is niceley decorated, has a lovely garden at the back and is located in a quiet area so, unfortunately is unsuitable for parties. The shared living room area is perfect for having people over for dinner or to enjoy a board game or movie night.

ROOM:
The room is a single room and it faces the garden. Next to the room is another smaller single room which you'll have full access to and can use as your own. The room is partially furnished witha bed and a clothing rail.

HOUSEMATE:
Professionals preffered.
Although I am very sociable and chatty, I appreciate time for myself, so equally will also respect your privacy and "me-time".
Another thing worth mentioning is that I am working from home :)
I am very clean and tidy and is very imprtant to me to find someone who is the same, at least in the shared areas.

LOCATION:
The house is located in town center, 3 minute walk to Garth Park, 7 minute walk to shops and bus stop, 20 minute walk to Bicester Village and a bit longer to David Lloyd Club.

PRICE:
The rent is £600 per month, bills are not included (water, gas/electricity, council tax, wifi). As I haven't moved in yet, I am unsure of the amount needed for bills (but I suspect it will be around £200 - £250 maximum).
