Hey,
I have a large double bedroom in a new build property (which is approximately 2 years old). The house is located in Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester. Heyford Park is the perfect mix of friendly village setting, but modern and lots going on.
Bedroom: The room is a large double bedroom with a double bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe space. The double bed has large drawers underneath for you to use. There is also an ottoman at the foot of the bed for storage. Please note that the TV and PlayStation are not included. The bedroom is situated on it's own floor (1st Floor) as my bedroom is upstairs (with my own bathroom)
Bathroom: You will also have access to your own bathroom. See photos below. I have an ensuite, so this bathroom will be your own to use.
Office: There is an office space on the 1st floor that I use (this is the size of a small double bedroom). I work from home twice a week, so will use it then. However, when I am not there, you would be more than welcome to use the office space, if you wished.
Shared Space: The shared ares include the kitchen, downstairs toilet, sitting room and garden. Cleaning of these areas will be shared between everyone.
Parking: You will have a parking space out front of the house. However, there is lots of additional on street parking free around the property.
Location: The property is located within 5 minute walk of to the local Sainsbury's, Pub and Restaurant (The Baton). Heyford Park also has a hairdresser, coffee shop, dentist and pharmacy. All within 5 minute walk of the property.
Transport:
Drive: Bicester is the closest town and is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Oxford is also close by being a 25 minute drive away.
Train: There is a local train station in the next village down (Lower Heyford) that runs to Oxford/Banbury/Didcot. Or if you head into Bicester, there is Bicester Village and Bicester North train stations that run to London/Birmingham frequently.
Bus: There is a bus that goes regularly into Bicester, this stops outside of the local Sainsbury's. and drops you into Bicester close by to the station.
I'm an easy going guy indivdual and a big introvert. Not one for parties or big nights out. I work for Oxford University and will be in Oxford at least three days a week for work. I typically work from home on a Friday. When I'm not at work, both in the evenings and at the weekends, I like to visit friends and family, watch formula one and go to the gym.
I am looking for a respectable professional lodger that is clean and tidy, who doesn't smoke and is easy to get along with. Someone that doesn't work from home would be ideal, but not essential.
All bills included.
Ideally looking for you to take the property for 7 days a week, but would consider Monday-Friday lets.
