The single room is £400 per month, all bills included. Cleaning products are provided, single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, cupboard and TV. You'll be sharing the house with a single female.

No access to lounge. But access to kitchen and bathroom and garden space.

Space for 1 car on the driveway.

3 month contract only. Should you like to stay longer than 3 months this would be considered but the rent will increase to £500.
