Hi! We’re a couple with a 3-year-old daughter living in Kingsmere, Bicester – just a short walk from Bicester Village and moments away from lovely open fields and outdoor spaces.

Our home is a modern 3-bedroom new build with a private garden, situated in a quiet, family-friendly area. We’re ideally looking for a clean, respectful female housemate who values a calm and considerate home environment – just like we do.

• A desk (can be removed if not preferred)

• Dual windows with fitted blinds for lots of natural light

🛁 Shared Spaces:
• Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower
• Downstairs WC
• Shared kitchen with allocated cupboard and fridge space

We’re a down-to-earth couple in our early 30s and have previously enjoyed hosting friends for extended stays. We thought we’d open our doors again and try SpareRoom to find someone like-minded.

We also have two small, very friendly dogs (kept downstairs) – they won’t bother you but might greet you with a wag if they see you!
