Tastefully furnished lounge area with large TV and comfortable and large sofa. 500Mb broadband throughout the house.

GARDEN
The garden is lovely and offers privacy with the trees. There is a coal barbeque that makes summer evenings fantastic.

PARKING
Parking in the street is easy and free, no parking permit needed. There is plenty of nearby on-street parking.

THE AREA
The house is situated in Kingsmere, 10 minute walk from Bicester Village, and 15 minutes from Bicester Village's train station. The park and ride is also very close, about 12 minute walk. And the center of town is a short 20 minute walk. Within the state, there are lots of green areas, a community centre, a running track, a Coop and a Dominoes, all at 5 minute walk from the house. There is a big Tesco supermarket, a McDonalds, a David Lloyds gym, and a Garden Centre within 15 minute walk. Easy access to A41, A34 and M40.

The price is inclusive of water, gas and electricity, and council tax. High speed internet is included also in the cost.
A deposit of £1000 is to be paid to reserve the room. This is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy, provided no damage has been done in the room or house, and the contract has not been breached. No agent's fee.

We are looking for someone that is respectful, tidy and clean.

We do not allow parties or any relatives/friends/partners staying over.
