Looking for single occupancy professional tenant to replace existing tenant in a large new (2016) four bedroom detached house, sharing with three others (four in total). The double bedroom on offer approx £720/pcm (11th December 2025), without bills the rooms is £600, the bills amount to approx £120, super modern heating system, solar panels etc). The house is a large former family home, now operating as a small HMO, meaning it has more facilities than a usual shared house. Quick internet. Off and on street parking, large modernly equipped kitchen (induction cooker, two fridges, washing machine etc), super large garden with space to plant stuff, storage space for bikes, triple glazing throughout (so less noise). Basically a lot more space like you will see if you come to view. It's situated on the ECO estate Elmsbrook in Bicester. All working professionals welcome. The new occupant would only be sharing the modern bathroom as pictured with two others, as the fourth bedroom has an ensuite (room taken), downstairs there is an a large additional WC. The £600 room available is the one pictured with windows to two sides (dual aspect). Initially four month contract from 11th December 2025. There are no agency fees as we manage it privately, only a deposit to be paid before moving in.
