A well-proportioned single room with a large window overlooking mature garden greenery, the kind of outlook that makes waking up genuinely pleasant. The room has real character, with classic white panelling running the full length of the walls and warm pine furnishings including a solid single bed and desk. Carpeted throughout for comfort, with a radiator and plenty of natural light.

The house is clean and tidy — a calm, comfortable place to live. I'm 33, organised, and keep a clean home. My lifestyle switches between busy and social weeks and quieter homebody ones: cooking proper meals, watching TV, working from home occasionally, and taking my dog Mika out on her twice-daily walks.

Speaking of Mika — she's a three-year-old Cavapoochon, fully trained, incredibly sweet, and honestly brilliant company. She's a big part of the home, so you'd need to be a dog lover (or at least dog-friendly). I do ask that lodgers don't bring their own pets.

I'm easy to live with, and I'm looking for someone tidy, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed but independent household.
