We are looking for a Monday to Friday female tenant who is clean, friendly and reliable to rent the lovely ground-floor spare room in our family home. The room is of good size and recently redecorated with a nice view of the garden. We also have a quiet and friendly dog.

Shared facilities include: broadband wi-fi, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, family bathroom and garden. Parking is available as well as bike storage.

Easy 15 min walk to Bicester North station, 20 mins to town centre / Bicester Village, easy access to A43 / M40; on edge of open countryside. Local amenities include shops, take-away's & pubs. Local buses stop just around the corner; the X5 X-country bus stops 5 mins walk away.
