Village Annex ( Double Room En Suite)

The annex is in a very private furnished studio style bedroom / lounge en suite in a beautiful location overlooking countryside(no kitchen although I have a small adapted one in annex ). The annex is in a quiet road close to regular bus route, pub and shop. Lodger will have access to utility room. Tenant must like dogs as I have two who are friendly but have access to the garden in the day so wouldn’t suit any person working nights . Annex over looking fields very quiet and not overlooked. Im looking for someone with good references although not essential. Would consider Monday to Friday lodgers with reduced rent. Rental includes a portion as bills (75) so all inclusive. Have a few shelves to go up in kitchen area apart from that ready to go.
