Welcome to your large peaceful room in my home, in a leafy part of Bicester. We're close to shops and train stations, with off-road parking for 5 cars. There's 4 of us, all professionals. And a small friendly dog.

The rent includes EVERYTHING! Fast broadband, all bills, cleaning, contract, key, Council Tax (Band C), parking and referencing - all included. There's a double guest-room for friends to stop over - free!

Your large double room is bright and elegant, measuring 3.6m x 3m, with views of gardens and a field. There's loads of storage space, including a built in cupboard and double wardrobe.

We share a large kitchen/dining-area, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and all other appliances and cookware. Plenty of individual storage cupboards for everyone, plus large freezer and fridges.

The large living room/diner has comfy sofas to relax in after a hard day's work. There's also a well-equipped utility room with two indoor drying areas for your laundry - all included in the rent. Two pleasant gardens with many seating areas for you to enjoy plus outdoor laundry lines.

I work in Oxford and live in the annexe. We have a professional cleaner. Your bathroom is just across from your room and is shared with 2 others.

I have cheerfully shared my home with lodgers for 25 years, using the standard Lodger Agreement.
