Double room to rent in quiet village location. Room is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe and chest of draws. Bedding can be provided if required. Own towels required. I have cats so you will need to be ok with animals. Based on room only with use of bathroom, which has bath and shower and use of kitchen and utensils. Rent is to be paid weekly in cash and in advance. No smoking in the property. Will hold this room for one week only with non refundable £100 deposit due to time wasters in the past.
