Good sized single room for single occupancy in quiet shared house on Southwold. Of the £415 per month,
Rent is £325 / month and the rest is for council tax and bills.

Bills include utilities, broadband, water rates, tv licence and phone line (and some calls upto an hour to landlines, others will need to be paid for, eg to mobiles or abroad)

Or for the fees etc. please go to Bannisters on the Market Square, Bicester, as the landlord uses them for credit checks, new tenancy agreements etc. The last additional tenant paid around £200 in fees, this time the other current tenant and I may be able to help pay some of the fees UPTO AROUND £100 but it will depend on what we are earning at the time.

Our landlord stipulates it's a working person who comes in as the new third tenant. Smoker ok as long as not done in the house. Currently two men in property but new tenant can be male or female. No pets as per landlord's wishes.
