Large Double Bedroom Nr Bicester

I have a spare Large Double bedroom available to rent for Monday to Friday lodger.
House is a large farm house a few miles out of Bicester
Train stations are Bicester North and Bicester town
Bicester Village
House has Large Kitchen, large lounge and dinning rooms
we have several bathrooms so lodger will share bathroom with either of my children, Both are at university so only home in the holidays.
We have broadband/wifi. Sky TV
Large Garden and loads of parking via a secure gate
I would prefer a female lodger but would consider a male.
Needs to be someone in employment
Room only available Monday- Friday, possible occasional weekend.
Person must be clean and tidy and has to be responsible for tidying up after themselves. I like to keep a clean tidy house.
