The house has broadband, free evening and weekend calls to landlines, and sky tv with sky movies. The bathroom has a new power shower and heated towel rail. The kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave. There is a conservatory with a full sized dinning table and comfy seats. The garden is spacious with a fully insulated shed that has power supply so is used as a spare room for guests! There is another shed for storage which has a tumbledryer. There is off-road parking for two cars and plenty of storage for a bike. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with local facilities (GP, chemist, pub, tesco metro, chinese takeaway) within 5 minute walk. The town centre is 15-20 minute walk. There is a bus stop which serves the town centre and Oxford 2 minute walk away and a regular cheap taxibus to Bicester North train station during typical work rush hours. It's a friendly neighbourhood and I know most of my neighbours. I am an extremely friendly, professional person, and I am warm and caring. I have a very small cat who is quite shy but sleeps in my room most of the time so you must be comfortable living with animals. My work keeps me busy so I leave early in the morning and get home late, and often go away for 1-2 nights at a time. Occasionally I work from home.
