Beautiful bedroom in barn annexe

We have available (beginning of October but possibly sooner if required) a beautiful bedroom in a barn conversion.

The barn conversion also has a shared living area, kitchenette, shower room, courtyard garden and a parking space. We use the barn occasionally for recreational purposes but mostly live in the adjoining main house ( however please be aware this is not a tenancy).

We are looking for a quiet, private, professional male or female lodger who is very clean, tidy and respectful of our home and our privacy. We are respectful of our lodgers privacy.

The rent includes all bills except from electricity.

Although we currently don't have broadband at the property the village has just purchased an upgraded BT system and therefore we will be soon be able to connect to BT Infinity.

The village of Blackthorn is quiet and peaceful but not well connected to public transport so you will to be able to drive/own a car or be a very very keen cyclist :)
