5 miles from central Bicester. No public transport evenings or Sundays

Room rates:
Available either 4 nights a week at £80 a for someone with a permanent address elsewhere, but working full time, locally, on a long or short term basis or 7 days £100 a week.
Higher rates apply for stays under 4 weeks.
First 4 weeks paid in advance then weekly in advance.
Deposit £350 in all cases, returnable when you leave.

Facilities:
Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen front room and garden. Room has single bed, desk, large cupboard, and bedside table, chair and armchair.

Inclusive of:
all bills; evening and early morning heating, reasonable, economic use of major appliances.
Very important
You must be mature, responsible and house trained. This address won't suit you if you are messy, not bothered about domestic hygiene and won't promptly clean up after yourself.
