I have a double room to rent in Bicester which is fully furnished. It has a bed, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. It's fantastic location is a mile walk from local food shop, and other facilities. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and situated closely to Bicester Village, aswell as the m40. There is off street parking around the back of the property. In a years time the property is being renevated to when the double bedroom will also include an en suite. Until then the bathroom will be shared with the other two house owners and so will the other facilities such as the kitchen. I require a deposit of the rent aswell as referees. The price of the room is all bills of the house included. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, aswell as it being only 2 mile walk to the town centre.
