Large bathroom with bath and shower newly installed last year ( on second floor)

Downstairs toilet

Large Hallway

Utility room with washing machine

Utility room joins kitchen so plenty of cupboard space available

Walk in pantry with use of large shared Fridge Freezer

Dinning room - table and chairs plus comfy sofa

Use of Garden

Sorry No use of lounge - however there is a sofa in the dinning room for your use

Please note I'm happy for you to pay weekly, and if you only need the room for a few weeks, I'm flexible and happy to discuss options

I'm looking for a professional person with an easy going personality, tidy polite and respectful to others, you will need to be fine with pets.

We operate on a leave as clean as you find policy throughout the house bathroom cleaned twice a week, all other areas cleaned weekly.

Bicester Town Station 35 minute walk

I have two well behaved dogs and one old cat so must like animals, the dogs would love to see you but will respect your privacy too, the cat sleeps all day - lucky thing !

If you would like someone to stay over, I would appreciate advance notice please with respect to everyone else in the house
