I’m looking for a housemate to move into my spare room. Ideally looking for a professional person who is reasonably clean and tidy. I'm afraid I am not interested in renting to couples.

I work in london and commute up 3 days a week, so you’d have the place to yourself a lot. The house is both quiet and convenient - its a 5min walk to bicester village train station or the nearest supermarket and it's a 10min walk into the centre of town.

Ideal for someone who doesn't want to live with lots of other people. I do have a cat (which is very friendly), so you have to be happy living with one, but lint rollers are included free of charge.

The room:
-King-sized bed and fully furnished
-Built-in cupboard with plenty of storage
-Your own bathroom with shower and bath

The house:
-Shared living room
-Sunny garden
-Plenty of parking available
-Garage with plenty of secure storage if you want to use it

The Rent:
-£750 p/m
-All bills included, including fibre high-speed internet
-Includes a regular cleaner
-includes Netflix (though you'll need to get a TV license if you want to watch anything live as I don't).
