IDEAL FOR OXFORD AVIATION ACADEMY & LONG HANBOROUGH RAILWAY STATION & CENTRAL OXFORD

I have a lovely three bedroom house in Bladon. I'm looking for a professional person to stay in my single room. If you have a weekly commute to Oxford or around the West Oxford area, this could be ideal for you.

I'm looking for someone who appreciates a clean and tidy house, is relatively quiet and who likes animals. I have 2 cats and 1 well behaved dog.

The house is also a mile away from long Hanborough station, just one stop from Oxford, two from Paddington.. Its a quiet location with lots of lovely country walks and bluebell woods just behind my garden. Bladon is right next to Blenheim and you qualify for a walking pass for the grounds if you live locally.

Bladon is quite an active village - it has a a good pub, yoga classes etc. and is also very close to the lively town of Woodstock. The bus routes to Oxford are easy and the Peartree park & ride isn't far away.

There's plenty of cupboard and fridge space. The garden is very beautiful and you're very welcome to share it with us. There is a wonderful view at the end of the garden which is nice to sit and look at (with a glass of wine) on a summers evening.

Parking is also readily available. Come and see us!
