I’m currently looking for housemate!
THE AREA
In the village of bloxham on the border of the Cotswolds, 10 minutes drive to get into chipping norton and about an 8 minute drive from banbury station with good connections into london (55 mins) and oxford (20 mins).
THE HOUSE
The house is on 3 floors with a garden and general outdoor seating area. It's beautiful all year round! There is really no lack of space, whether it be indoor or outdoor. With a large kitchen and dining room and sitting room.
THE ROOM
The bedroom is on the top floor, there is also a bathroom with shower on this floor which will basically act as your own en suite as my room is on the middle floor. The room is currently unfurnished (apart from a bed and a chest of drawers) and is yours to make your own.
PARKING
There is parking outside the property, which is on street parking but doesn't have a cost etc.
ABOUT ME
I have my own business (dog training) which takes me to London and around Oxfordshire. I enjoy being active and going on bike rides around the countryside, going for a few pints, sourcing local art exhibitions and enjoy the more cultural side of life - I generally lead a pretty relaxed lifestyle! This is not a party house, so please no one who is keen on hosting house parties.
GENERAL
We will split Heating and Electricity bills. All the other bills (council tax etc) I will cover.
Best thing is to come and have a look at the room yourself and we can take it from there!
