Double furnished room with bathroom

The room to let is a double on the ground floor of a detached property in Wootton near Oxford. There is a bathroom (with shower and bath) on the ground floor which you will have use of.
The house has a large garden and plenty of parking. We are also on a bus route to both Oxford and Abingdon, with the bus stop being right outside the house.
Wootton is a large village with a supermarket and pub in walking distance from the house. There are lots of lovely walks in the area.
I have two sons and a dog. One of my sons is at Uni and comes home during the holidays the other lives away.
