I have a large double room to rent with shared bathroom and kitchen. It is currently furnished with a very good double bed and mattress and some storage drawers. There is space for a small sofa and TV or computer desk but these will not be provided by me. Roadside parking is available but unfortunately no allocated private space. Rent will include bills.
I'm looking for a quiet and respectful person who is able to clean up after themselves and pay their rent on time. Must like animals as I have a very friendly spaniel and two rabbits that live in the garden.
