Double room for rent.

Up for rent is the spare bedroom in my detached bungalow.

Room is furnished as per pictures, decoration has changed since photos were taken, due to water ingress during building work’s.

Window to the front of the bungalow is privacy glass, so you can see out but no one can see from outside in, until night time when the lights are on internally.

I have 3 pet dogs, so any applicants must be happy to live with them, they sleep in the kitchen/Diner. Property has internet, all other bills are included within the rent.

Large kitchen so can make space for you to have your own cupboard/s

It’s is currently a work in progress, so not everything is to a finished standard, however the kitchen is fully kitted out, bathroom and bedrooms are all finished.
Works were recently completed to make an annexe on top, which my mother now lives in. She doesn’t have use of the ‘downstairs’ bungalow however, only to dog sit occasionally .
