Double en suite in modern house.

Hi,
I’m looking for a friendly , sociable lodger to share my house with me , my super cute dog and two cats.
You would enjoy lots of privacy in large en suite but you’d also be encouraged and welcome to spend time in the living room watching tv , having chats in the kitchen whilst cooking and hanging out with my/your friends .
The atmosphere at home is relaxed , chilled but fun and full of laughter too.
The area is quiet, safe, walking distance to town and train station.
There are plenty of country pubs and beautiful fields and parks for walks and cycling .
Ideally I’d like us to creat warm , welcoming household rather than treating the house as a hotel.
