THE HOUSE: We are a professional couple in a 4 bed house, looking to sublet one of the large double rooms to a female PhD student. No pets, no children.
The house adjoins a large family friendly park in a safe environment in Banbury, one train stop away to Oxford City Centre. There are also direct buses into Oxford.
Buses run from the neighbourhood straight to the Banbury train station frequently.

YOU ROOM: This is a large, very spacious bedroom on the first floor, with a private bathroom and toilet all to yourself. The room has three separate windows and warm gas central heating.
Great views overlooking the park. There is space for a desk and chair in the bedroom and ample opportunity to study freely throughout the day.
