According to Google maps (and my own experience) The property is a 10 - 15 minute bike ride from the above, a 30 minute walk and a 10 minute bus ride with regular bus services throughout the day and night. Bus stops are multiple, 1 is 30 seconds from the front door and the other is a five minute walk down hill.

The house has a spacious kitchen & diner for communal socialising and cooking. Ample storage space allocated for each tenant. Off road parking a lovely large garden, and washing lines.

Current flat mates are all professional and work standard style office hours.
