This studio room is within walking distance of Oxford city center. It is situatied close to a number of amenties including the Brookes sports center and Westway shopping center with the U1 bus route directly outside the house which goes straight to Oxford station and city center.

It is a seperated from the main building and has its own entrance in left side of the building.

The room will be furnished with a single bed, a fitting wardrobe and a desk.

Rent includes all bills except council tax and electriciy which is shared with the other residents of the main building. Short term lets would be considered but the cost of rent would be more
