En-suite room available in a modern apartment

Hi everyone!

We are looking for someone to take over a room, available as soon as we arrange it, move in date 9th of December 2024, at Botley (OX29JU) 100 West Way in a newly built (from 2013) minimalist style apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with separate bathrooms, living room with kitchen, large terrace, a small storage room and private parking. All rooms, including the kitchen and living room have large windows that open onto the terrace. The apartment originally came unfurnished but the previous tenant left a bed, tables, kitchen equipment, etc. so there is the option of renting the room furnished or unfurnished.

The other tenant is a professional, a very calm and nice person, so we are looking for someone of the same vibe, someone friendly and easy to get along with.

The price for the room is £725 bills (water, electricity, internet, council tax). 5 weeks rent deposit. The total monthly rent is approximately £875 including everything. The room is rented through Chancellors, so they only allow either a professional or a student with sufficient funds.

Please no couples and/or families as Chancellors only allows 1 person per room.
