Hey! I'm looking for a student tenant for the next year (October 2024-October 2025). The apartment is a new build, and we're the first tenants. It has two equisized bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, balcony and a spacious open-plan sitting area. House comes equipped with all modern amenities including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, induction stovetop+oven, and a TV. It's fully furnished and comes with ample storage room. The building also has a closed bike storage outside.

It's located on West Way just off Botley Road - a 7 min cycle to the train station, 10 min to city centre, and very frequent bus connections from Seacourt P&R bus station (3 min walk). Nearest grocery stores are Aldi (2 min walk), Tesco (10 min walk), Waitrose (15 min walk). Quick and easy access to lots of green areas including St. George's Meadow and North Hinksey village.

I'm currently pursuing my DPhil in Finance from the University. I'm looking for students who like create a congenial house share environment, are unfussy about small things, and like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. The rent is £800 pm, and utilities (wifi + electricity + water) come out to £85 pm per person.
