A double room will become available in the house I'm living in. It's a three-bedroom house with one family bathroom, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, and a huge garden on Botley Road, a 4-6 mins walk from the train station.
The room is suitable for a post-doc or a young professional female. I'm looking for someone who is social, neat, considerate, and a supporter of the Free Palestine Movement.
You will be living with only me, and I promise to make delicious food :)The small bedroom we have is available for friends who come over and is occasionally sublet to cover the bills.
The rent is £850, and the bills are around £150-200, but sometimes they reach zero as I sublet the small bedroom.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone to move in August and renew the contract with me in March. If you are interested, please DM me.
