Room to rent in a house share

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in a beautiful 2-bedroom house located in Barrett Street, Oxford. The room will be fully furnished and available from 1st of July and the move in is flexible.

The house is spacious and bright, with a brand-new modern kitchen and bathroom. All utilities are included in the rent. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook and store your food. The house has a lot of storage spaces, a beautiful living room, and a separate dining area. The back garden is a beautiful addition, complete with a table, chairs and umbrella.

The location of the house is excellent and truly convenient! It's located in the heart of Oxford's city centre in a beautiful neighbourhood, with everything you need around the corner. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it well connected to the rest of the city and beyond. Despite being so central, the neighbourhood is very quiet, offering the perfect balance of convenience and peaceful living.

You'll be sharing the house with just me. I am a 31-year-old Lebanese professional working as a postdoc in cancer research. I am friendly, sociable, and love running and playing squash.

Despite the standard expectation of being a clean, tidy and respectful housemate, I just simply look for a good soul/person.
