Hello☺️. We're looking for a fourth housemate to join us from September. Our house is just off Botley Road in New Osney, under 5 minutes from the railway station and 10 minutes from the city centre.
About Us:
We're a friendly house of three (2 girls and 1 guy, aged 21-23) who love socializing. Our typical activities include movie nights, regular pub visits, and making cocktails or cooking together on weekends. With each of us working in different fields, there's always something to talk about! We also value our own space and downtime (everyone needs time unwind before work the next day).
About the House:
The available room is cozy and well-lit, featuring a single bed, desk, and storage space. Rent is approximately £450-£500 per month (excluding bills), with the exact rate to be confirmed by the landlord. Bills usually range from £20-£50 per month, depending on the season.
Ideal Housemate:
We're looking for a young professional (ideally around the same age as us) working in the city or surrounding areas, or a graduate student who doesn't mind paying council tax.
