Double room in Botley (3 min by walk to station)

I’m moving out and I’m leaving my room after 7 years in the same house. The house is a bit older but the location is great.
3 min by walk to the train station, 6 min by walk to the bus station and 10-15 min to the center and westgate shopping. Sainsbury and domino’s pizza 3 min by walk at the corner.

We are 6 professional mates living on there. The house has 2 floors ( first floor with 3 rooms ( one of them is mine one) with a toilet for sharing between that 3 mates.
Second floor with 2 rooms and 1 toilet for sharing between that 2 mates. On the ground floor of the house there are one more room, small toilet, the kitchen, living room, small garden and small storage ( patio) for the bikes.

The room is 465£ without bills. With bills so far I’m paying £562 in total. In winter we pay a bit more for the energy. ( heating)
The deposit is one extra month £465. The landlord decide the duration of the contract but I see is minimum 6 months. I’m looking for a PROFESSIONAL WORKER , quiet, clean and tidy person. Not parties not noises after midnight. The house is really quiet. We have a schedule cleaning for every week. The new person has to follow that to keep the environment clean and tidy. The house has tambor dryer.

Please note!!!!!! I’m going on holidays 5th of August to the 18th. I’ll be able to show the room this week or after the 18th of August!!!!!!

Extra Important information!!!!!!!!!!! The room has 2 wardrobe ( one with 2 doors, other with 3 doors) desk with shelfs ( books space) and furniture for TV with drawers. I got everything new a couples of years ago. so I’ll leave everything on there for the new mate by £80!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
