It is all new construction with double windows so the energy bills are not too high. The room is 600 +bills unfurnished.
There is a living-room, a kitchen, back-yard with raspberries and 2 loos and one shower-bath. The house is on the minimalist side as it was rented unfurnished so it is easier to tidy and clean. There is a parking space at the back right outside the backyard.
