1M Sublet (Dec-Jan 25), Spacious Double Room

I am looking for a student to sublet my double room for one month from 15 December 2024 to 15 January 2025 (there is some flexibility on the dates). You will be flatsharing with one more person, a current DPhil at the University. The flat features a spacious and comfortable shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and comes with all amenities. It is a 5 minute bus ride / 10 min cycle away from the railway station, and very close to Aldi, Tesco and Waitrose. It is perfect for visiting students at the University or those in between leases. I am looking for someone who will keep the room and the flat clean, neat and tidy, while being respectful of shared spaces.
