We have a very Spacious room available in a 3 bedroom shared house in Botley (OX2).
The House:
Located in a very quiet cul de sac, the house comes with a shared kitchen and bathroom, a shared small studio room, garden area (with a small shed you can use and a small bike rack) there is no proper parking space, but the street in front of the house usually has enough space to park your car if needed.
Within 5 mins walk you have:
- Bus stop (Elms Parade) with access to most busses towards oxford City centre (S1, S9, A4,...). (7 min bus ride to oxford train station).
- Westway square and elms parade shops (Including a Tesco, Iceland, a Coop with post services and other small shops)
Within 15 mins walk: ALDI, Home Bargains, Decathlon, McDonalds...
The Flatmates:
You would be sharing with two other professional male flatmates. While we are respectful of each other spaces, we are also quite friendly and sociable, so we occasionally like to share meals together, do BBQs in the garden (weather permiting) or have a board games/movies/videogames evening. We would like to find another like minded friendly, quiet and tidy professional to join us.
The house a LGTB+ safe space (one of the flatmates is gay) so you must be respectful in that sense.
The Room:
The room is located on the second floor. Sun set on that side of the house, so you good ligting from mid day onward. The room is very spacious (Approx 4m x 3m) and it comes with a single bed and a built-in wardrobe from the wall.
The room is available from mid October. The current contract ends on the 25th of July and the room is £550 per month with a deposit of approx £517. Bills are not included, but it comes to approx £150 per month per person. You will be included in the current contract, and once the contract ends, it can be renewed for another year so we are looking for someone to at least stay until the end of the contract.
The contract is managed through an Agency, so there will be a references check and the deposit will be put in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
