Room for rent in Botley - female house share

Hi everyone!

We have a room available starting November 2024 in our friendly 4-person house-share in west Oxford (near the Waitrose in Botley) 😊

The price is £415 per month (+ bills). The property is managed by a private landlord who is very nice and responsive, and we keep the house neat and clean (with a weekly cleaning rota, etc.)

One of us is leaving the house end of October 2024 and we have 1 room available - it is the smallest room in the house, but it has a double bed, a small desk, and a lovely window looking out onto the garden.

The housemates are all in their late 20s/early 30s, one from France, and two from the UK, working in comms, hospitality and architecture. We are all friends and have a very home-y, happy house relationship (with dinners, movie nights) and we are looking for someone of about a similar age who would like to join ! 😊
