Affordable room in West Oxford, close to station

EDIT: along with people looking for long-term contracts, we will also consider people looking to rent for two months, from 1 November to late December.

Hey there!

We have a lovely spacious room available in our cosy 5-person shared house at OX2 0BU. The house features two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a backyard garden. It's conveniently located near Waitrose, Aldi, the train station, and just a 15-minute walk to the city centre.

The monthly rent for the room is 540£ plus bills (approximately 55£ per month), and at the moment, we can only consider students for council tax reasons.

Our household is fairly international, with 2 female and 2 male postgraduate students.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, friendly, and quiet living environment. As a shared house for a long time, we have established a good cleaning rota. We are seeking a responsible individual who cleans up after themselves and doesn't need to be reminded to do their chores. This is essential to us, so please only reach out if you are willing to adhere to this rule.
