- Looking for a replacement tenant to cover the rest of my contract (contract ending on 14th September 2025 but can be renewed)

- 4 bedroom house with a shared kitchen, bathroom, living area and garden

- Friendly tenants. All young degree apprentices who work hard and help each other out. Professionals and students welcome

- Convenient location. 5 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes from Oxford city centre

- Bills split between tenants (council tax, water, gas and electric, and broadband. Doesn't usually come to more than £75-£100 per person each month)

- Rent due on the 15th of each month, so preferred move in date would be 15th but some wiggle room if needed
