Double Room in a 3 Bed House Share

A good sized double room in a 3 bed house share, sharing with two male professionals. The house has a modern finish, with shower/wet-room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. The rear garden has recently had a new patio installed, and has secure lockup points for bike storage.

We have a cleaner who visits once per fortnight to clean the communal areas. There is an optional garage available that would be approximately £35 per month per person.

The total cost is approximately £880 per month, which includes rent, internet, TV, cleaner, garage and utilities. It does fluctuate a bit depending on the time of year and energy costs.

The housemates are both engineers, but that aside, they’re good guys who like to socialise in the evenings and go to the pub on occasion. They both like to stay active playing sport, going to the gym and cycling.
