Double Room in Botley for Sublet

I'm moving abroad for work for a few months and looking to sublet my room while I'm away from 20th Jan until early April.

The room is spacious and bright with a double bed, wardrobe with draws and extra clothes hanging space. You'll also have use of the spare room as an office if you'd like.

The house is a 10 min walk to Oxford Station and right next to a big park. It has 2 bathrooms, a bath and shower, a large living room and dining room, a garden and spare room used as an office or for guests.

You'll be living with my lovely housemate who works 9-5 in the office 3-4 days a week as well as my well behaved dog who will be cared for by my housemate. If you're willing to help look after the dog, we can dicuss reducing the rent but it's not an obligation.
