Lovely double room near city centre

We are three professionals (a research assistant, an operations manager and a university administrator) in our early twenties to early thirties, looking for another professional to rent the spare room in our house on a permanent contract (12 months initially). No students (including postgraduates) - full time 9-5 professionals preferred, due to our landlady's insurance.

It's a really nice house with an open plan kitchen and living room area, bathroom and separate shower room, a small back garden and wooden floors throughout. The bathroom and shower room are shared between three people. The house is a short walking distance from Waitrose, the railway station, Port Meadow and the town centre. It's an ideal location!

The room is a sunny double on the first floor, fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair.

We're looking for a like-minded housemate who is friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful. We're all busy professionals with our own interests, but we like to go out for dinner, have barbecues and watch films together now and then. Our separate interests include sports, reading, writing, photography, board games, and art.

The rent is £600pm + £53.25 council tax (Band D) + other bills (water, internet and gas/electric, which total approximately £70 per month). The deposit of £600 must be paid upfront before moving in and will be protected in a deposit protection scheme. The house is HMO registered. Our landlady will require your phone number and employer details, references, and a copy of your passport.
