Me and my current housemate are looking for a third person to complete a three bedroom houseshare in Botley. We are both working full time at Alpine F1 Team.
The tenancy starts on the 11th August. The room will come furnished, and we have started filling the communal furniture ourselves already.
The rent is 1700 per month and we will split that between the three of us, with this room at 500 pcm.
It is council tax band C, bills are not included, there is plenty of parking.
