Subletting my cozy room (room 3) in a newly renovated house in Botley with excellent connection to the city: 5 minute walk from the Waitrose, 10 minute walk from the train station, and 7 minutes to the river. The price includes all bills, council tax, and broadband.

The room comes furnished in a terraced house, where renovations completed about a year ago. There is a garden, a washing/drying room (with six machines shared between 26 and 28 Oatlands Rd residents), two bathrooms (with excellent shower water pressure), shared living room and kitchen. The room has morning sun. All doors to the outside, including the bedroom doors have smart lock for privacy and security.

The communal areas, incl the bathrooms, are professionally cleaned once a week, usually on Mondays or Tuesdays. This is included in the price.
