Cozy room close to train station

Subletting my room (room 3) in Botley, 5 minute walk from the Waitrose. The room comes furnished in a recently renovated house. There is a garden, a washing/drying room (with six machines shared between 26 and 28 Oatlands Rd residents), two bathrooms (with excellent shower water pressure), shared living room and kitchen. The room has morning sun and a locking door. All the communal areas, incl the bathrooms, are professionally cleaned once a week. My contract runs out at the end of Feb, so depending on whether you would take over the contract fully (min 6 months), or just sublet the minimum and maximum terms would differ. The price includes all bills, the cleaning fee, and broadband.
